The Business:
Nigel Wright are supporting a professional service organisation that provides training and investigation support as well an all-round service.

The Role:
• Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and direct mail pieces.
• Analyse and segment customer data to target specific audiences effectively.
• Monitor, maintain and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to the Marketing Manager on a timely basis.
• Communicate and collaborate with management and the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Optimise the use of allocated marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
• Liaise with PR and third-party media to ensure marketing objectives are met.
• Manage the creation of content, including video, social media and webinar events.
The Person:
* Looking for a data driven, analytics savvy individual - someone that is very organised, pro-active and able to 'hit the ground running'.
* It would be beneficial if this person has some experience in videography and can co-manage the content creation alongside the Marketing Manager
* This person must have tangible and clear experience having carried out a similar role for 3+ years preferably from a B2B background, all-round skill-set and a clear passion for marketing.
* An appetite to progress and develop within a fast-paced business.
