Do you have experience of working with people who experience multiple disadvantages.Does the idea of working as part of a new team actively seeking to improve the lives of those, we support appeal to you? As Coordinator you will be supporting the Team Manager to provide accommodation and appropriate support to people who have experience of multiple disadvantages. You will support residents by promoting social inclusion and integration back in to the community. Working with colleagues, statutory health and other community organisations to develop and deliver a suitably tailored, and co-produced range of activities and on-site specialist services. You will hold a small caseload and will be advocating and enabling clients to access appropriate services, You will use specialist knowledge to provide housing related support enabling people to maintaintheir tenancies and achieve their housing-related goals.
