Field Sales Support Executive

Our client, a leading player in the homeware and hardware industry, is seeking a Field Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team. Location: Travel across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Salary: £25,200 - £30,000 / €29,000 - €34,500 per annum, plus bonus and company van
Hours: 40 hours per week.
About The Role
* Build Relationships: Foster trusted, long-term partnerships with existing clients to drive sales and business growth.
* Maximise Opportunities: Create engaging product displays, monitor stock levels, and identify sales trends.
* Drive Sales: Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to plan promotions, forecast trends, and achieve monthly targets.
* Deliver Training: Provide product knowledge and troubleshooting support to retail staff and customers.
* Market Research: Stay informed about emerging trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product development.
* Customer Communication: Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Experience in retail or a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
* An adaptable mindset, ready to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
