About the Team: Our Regulatory & Compliance Department is at the forefront of ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance across global markets. Working within the Product Team, driving exciting and innovative projects that bring groundbreaking solutions to consumers. This combines regulatory expertise with creative innovation, ensuring we deliver products that are not only cutting-edge but also compliant with all relevant regulations. About the Role: In the role of Regulatory Compliance Claims Analyst, you will play a key part in developing and validating product claims for cutting-edge innovations, ensuring compliance with international and national regulations while aligning claims with the latest scientific evidence and market trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the creation of compelling and substantiated claims that enhance product credibility and consumer trust. · Develop and validate product claims for new and existing innovations, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to international and national regulatory requirements. · Review scientific literature, clinical studies, and other evidence to substantiate claims effectively. · Provide support and guidance for requirements in clinical studies to substantiate claims and secure additional regulatory approvals. · Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks such as the FDA and EU MDR and industry guidelines, proactively adjusting claim strategies as needed. · Work closely with the Regulatory Compliance Manager and Product Team to address potential compliance risks. · Review labelling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including product labels, instructions for use (IFUs), and marketing claims. · Partner with the R&D teams to translate technical data and clinical findings into clear, consumer-friendly claims. · Support the regulatory team with day-to-day tasks. · Maintain detailed records and reports of all claim substantiation activities, including supporting data, clinical studies, and regulatory approvals. Candidate Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Law, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. · An understanding of medical device claims substantiation for new products globally. · Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex scientific data. · Familiarity with medical devices and cosmetics is a strong advantage. · Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. · Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across multidisciplinary teams. · Familiarity with clinical studies and claim substantiation processes.
