Employability Keyworker
35 hours per week
Temporary up to 31 March 2026
£33,251 - £35,579 / £18.22 - £19.50 per hour (including shift allowance and Distant Islands Allowance)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Community Learning and Development Team, for an Employability Keyworker. As an Employability Keyworker you will work with individuals and organisation to plan, develop and deliver personalised employability support to enable individuals to increase their confidence, skills and knowledge, reach their potential and make positive and sustained future transitions towards their goals.
Candidates should hold SVQ3/HNC or equivalent SCQF level 6 qualification in Community Learning and Development or related qualification and have experience of working in a Community Learning and Development, social care or health setting.
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with adults.
