Shift Pattern - 4 days on 4 days off, working 12 hour shifts
(2 days 07:00-19:00 and 2 nights 19:00-07:00)

We have an opportunity to join our Bristol office as a care coordinator. We're looking for a personable individual with great organization skills to deliver customer service over the phone and via email, and provide administration support. In this role, you will be responsible for completing team rotas and acting as the initial point of contact for any queries with clients, healthcare workers, and the wider operations of the business. It is a truly rewarding role where your work will improve people's lives every day.

Every Day You Will...
* Be the initial point of contact for both our clients and candidates by fulfilling routine and complex requests and offering support where needed.
* Ensure clients' clinical and social needs are met by selecting and maintaining the best nurses or carers for their needs.
* Plan rotas and make decisions on nurses’ suitability for particular shifts and availability.
* Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with CQC requirements in a timely manner.

To Thrive in This Role, You Must...
* Be able to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver memorable top-class customer service for our clients.
* Have previous experience in customer service and administration or in a healthcare setting.
* Have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines and KPIs.
* Showcase good teamwork skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision whilst being able to prioritise and organise your workload.
