Our team at Exeter Airport’s Cove, Coastline Café, and Moorland Kitchen provides exceptional hospitality services to travellers. As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the face of our operations, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:

2. Teamwork and Initiative: You’re proactive and adaptable, supporting your colleagues and taking the lead when needed.

4. Flexibility and Reliability: Able to work early shifts starting at 3 am, with a £2/hour uplift for shifts worked between 3 am and 6 am.
5. Customer Empathy: Your understanding and anticipation of customer needs make you a standout team member.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
2. Support Operations: Assist with food service, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
3. Ensure Compliance: Follow Health, Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations, reporting any issues to management.
4. Collaborate with Management: Support the smooth running of the café and address customer feedback.
