Each of our day Nurseries, Learning Curve Day Nursery & Heathcote House Nursery, has its own distinctive character and ethos, so you can be certain no two days will ever be the same!
Skills:
* An excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* Experience in planning inspiring activities for children aged 0-5 to explore and enjoy
* Have a completed Early Years Level qualification (Level 2 or above)
* Be confident in creating a stimulating environment that enables children to become confident learners
* Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build relationships with the children and their parents
Hours, Salary & Benefits:
Hours: Based between Wishford’s Day Nurseries, this is a flexible role.
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities:
* To plan and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities focusing on each individual child’s interests
* To ensure that a safe, stimulating environment is maintained for children while overseeing the implementation of activities
* To work alongside the staff team to ensure that the Nursery’s ethos is being fulfilled
* To work with all staff in promoting good staff practices across the Nursery and always ensure the safety of the children and their environment
* To liaise with and fully support your room leader
* To ensure that all child development records are updated, where applicable
* To discreetly attend to young children’s toileting needs
* To agree to the policies and procedures and carry them out to the best of your ability
* To adhere to all nursery policies on safeguarding, health and safety and food hygiene etc.
