Benefits: Working 38.5 hours per week with enhanced overtime rates paid thereafter Performance related annual pay reviews 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 5% company pension contribution Company profit share bonus, paid out twice per annum Annual OEM training Medical and dental family health plan, including children up to 18 years old High street discounts across major UK retailers Refer a friend cash incentive Branded clothing/uniform Overalls provided and laundered on a weekly basis Financial/Physical/Mental Health Counselling and Coaching sessions Free Will writing service Your responsibilities will include: Service repair and maintenance of heavy plant/construction equipment Identify mechanical issues with the use of your technical knowledge and computerised systems within a workshop environment Ensuring software updates are installed Accurate completion of paperwork Ordering and returning parts Experience required: Hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance, Land Based Engineering or HGV maintenance Have extensive mechanical experience Have a comprehensive understand hydraulics and electronics Can work to a high standard of competence, independently Practical repair and maintenance experience on heavy construction plant Proven technical competence on diesel engines, transmissions, drive lines, hydraulics, and electronics Ideally welding, fabrication and line boring experience Hold a full UK Driving Licence
