PURPOSE The main purpose of the Craft Administrator is to manage the processes involved in the management of the Craft service within the scope of the Product Manager as part of the contribution to Product Lifecycle Management. The Craft Administrator is to support the Product Manager in the advancement of their tasks and necessary to meet client and industry requirements during the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes. To accept end to end responsibility for the pre-on-boarding and on-boarding functions of the debit order business to contribute to preventing debit order abuse as far as possible in the National Payment System through accurate verification checks and data management. This will be done by means of effective implementation and management of the pre-on-boarding and on-boarding elements of the debit order operating model for which this incumbent will be responsible for. You will engage with the following stakeholders: • External stakeholders o Customers o Industry associations o Service providers Internal stakeholders o Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) o Service Management o Product Architecture o IT Support Services o Shared Services Your key responsibilities include: Central Registration: • Managing of the new assessments loaded to CRAFT • Communication of decisions outstanding to the banks • Management of bank SLA’s • Data quality management Pre-Onboarding: • Complete daily vettings as required. • Process bulk vettings as allocated. Monitoring & Exit: • Assist with monitoring actions and alerts • Provide input into investigations General: • Product Reporting • Product customer and service provider liaison • Incident and Problem Management (including resolution) • Product Infrastructure management and support • Risk management and risk mitigation • Change management of defects, upgrades and innovation changes • Maintain and update product collateral • Involvement in product projects and testing QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE • Relevant Business/Information Management degree/diploma • Relevant and required computer literacy capability EXPERIENCE • Experience in Banking and the financial services industry • Operational knowledge of the financial services industry
