Key Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Aerospace Business in the Derby Area. They are looking for a FAIRs Coordinator to join their team and provide a positive contribution to the Business and team.
This engineer is responsible for technical conformity of all products, providing technical documentation, introducing new capabilities while maintaining and developing Methods of Manufacture.
Key Skills:
1. Great working knowledge of creation and management of FAIR software.
2. Good working knowledge of Document control to include ECR, NDA, DAR, Concession, Data Card, SOP, and quotation processes. Input of BOM's, Routing's, Rework Planning / Changes.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility for creation and management of new FAIRs and Delta FAIRs. Have great working knowledge of AS9102 and be able to deliver structured instructions to the shop floor. This will include drawing balloon generation, inspection records and submission of data to customer portals.
Knowledge & Experience:
1. Must have experience of FAIR Software (Q-Pulse / Ideagen)
2. Project management skills
3. CAD experience using any software
4. Worked in a manufacturing environment, ideally with Sheet metal and machining assemblies. Welding knowledge would be advantageous.
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Ability to work without supervision
7. Excellent time management skills
8. Exceptional communication and customer service skills
9. Strong organisational skills, with ability to multitask
10. Good knowledge of PFMEA's, DCM's, Control plans, inspection plans, etc.
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday with the option of working either:
2. 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am-12pm Friday
3. 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-1pm Friday
Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
