Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding the organisation's customer service charter.
* Display product knowledge and apply tactful sales techniques to maximise sales.
* Contribute towards daily sales targets through effective selling skills and excellent product knowledge.
* Become familiar with the department's services to handle customer queries.
* Promote the online shop in line with customer service standards.
* Accurately manage till operations and end-of-day cashing up procedures.
* Collaborate with Retail Managers and the back-office team to replenish stock and merchandise displays effectively.
