The Role
2. Policy service and processing
3. Answering inbound telephone calls
4. Arranging meetings
5. Diary organising
6. Filing
7. Answering emails
8. Processing direct mail and parcels
9. Supporting the whole Team as directed
Requirements
10. Minimum of 1-year insurance experience required
11. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
12. Has the ability to adapt and to remain flexible during changes to policies/procedures
13. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information in an articulate and professional manner
14. Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma
15. Fluent in English (written & oral)
16. Strong IT skills
