Music Specialist
Pay-Rate: ££ an hour (Subject to experience)
Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a Music Specialist to work within schools across Swindon.
You have plenty of transferable skills that you can bring from your Music degree that you can apply within the classroom; teamwork, dedication, resilience, motivation, communication and of course, creativity – these are all essential when working with children and young people in schools!
Music is a great tool that can be used within schools to help students therapeutically or for focus. Using your creativity, you can help support students’ engagement and attitude towards their learning.
Role: Music Specialist
Start Date: June 2024
Location: Swindon
You in the role:

Roles available:
8. Class teacher – depending on qualifications (QTS needed)
9. Cover supervisor/unqualified teacher – (no qualifications needed)
10. Mentor
11. Behaviour Support Assistant
12. Youth Worker
13. Music therapy within SEN schools
14. Qualifications and Experience: (Desirable but not essential!)
15. Any previous teaching/youth work experience or any relevant experience working with young people.
16. Any relevant qualifications.
17. Teaching.
18. Safeguarding.
19. First Aid.
20. Youth work.
21. Understanding of National Curriculum.
