Position: Rental Administrator & System Specialist
Location: Belfast
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
The impact you will have
You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer care. Working in a team, you will provide administration support for Arjo Customer Service teams including Rental and Service departments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer queries via phone and email with professionalism, ensuring a high quality of service is provided.
2. Log customer requests for installations, cancellations & repairs of equipment on internal systems and dispatch to appropriate field personnel.
3. Maintain regular contact with field teams regarding daily work activity and provide support for queries.
4. Liaise with rental field team leader when required to ensure job completion within SLA’s.
5. Take full ownership of customer interactions, managing expectations and keeping them informed throughout.
6. Minimise errors to ensure accurate administration.
7. Take ownership of customer complaints and manage with care and attention.
8. Assist with invoicing on the system.
9. Adhere to SAP data compliance requirements to ensure data and functional integrity; log tickets and follow up on status.
10. Support with training new members of staff on systems functionality.
11. Support SAP Super Users to test system upgrades and changes.
12. Provide specialty system support; fixing failed system errors.
13. Produce reports from systems when required for both internal/external customers.
14. Adhoc projects and other duties as requested by Customer Services Manager.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
1. Previous administration experience in a customer service role.
2. Experience using computer-based systems, SAP preferred.
3. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
4. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Demonstrates organizational skills to manage time effectively, meeting objectives and deadlines.
6. IT: Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, Word and Outlook experience.
