As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. Providing 1-1 and small group support across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for all pupils. Collaborating with the Class Teacher and SENCo to ensure pupils thrive. Adapting learning materials to meet individual student needs. Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a UK school environment as a TA or similar role. Proven ability to support students with SEND effectively. Familiarity with Autism, ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and related needs. Knowledge of the National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification Working as a SEND Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including: £85.02 to £98.41 per day, which equates to £16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
