About the role of Assistant Site Manager:
Exciting Assistant Site Manager opportunity in Hertfordshire for a leading residential developer.
Working on a 200 unit, traditional build housing scheme. Initially overseeing the internal fit-out from 1st fix to handover; however, you would need to be open to learning the build process from groundworks to handover.
Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager:
1. Understand internal elements, overseeing 1st fix to handover.
2. Help implement new procedures.
3. Communicate with subcontractors.
4. Liaise with clients.
5. Provide day-to-day support with the running of the site.
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager:
1. Experience working with the NHBC.
2. Overseen 1st fix to handover.
3. Experience working on residential and housing projects.
4. Willingness to learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of the build process.
5. Understanding of the full internal build process.
