Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Poole for a Roofing Estimator. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for preparing and submitting estimates for roofing projects, conducting site visits to assess project requirements, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring accurate pricing. Additional responsibilities include maintaining project documentation and staying current on industry trends and materials.
Qualifications
* Experience in preparing and submitting roofing estimates
* Ability to conduct accurate site visits and assess project requirements
* Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and suppliers
* Attention to detail in maintaining project documentation and pricing
* Knowledge of roofing materials and industry trends
* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
* Proficiency in using relevant estimation software and tools
* Valid driver's license
* Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry
