Job Description
The Corporate RM – Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for:
* supporting the improvement of RM processes
* the production and delivery of RM reporting
* the delivery of RM change projects and initiatives.
This is a global role and will involve supporting the Global Head of Risk Management and broader RM leadership team with operating and improving the RM function whilst undertaking ‘business as usual’ activities associated with Turner & Townsend’s regional businesses.
Primary duties for this role will be:
* Maintain suite of operational RM reporting dashboards for use by Turner & Townsend’s segments
* Be the main RM point of contact for the service delivery assurance framework, and the associated systems and toolkits
* Work with the RM leadership team to shape the vision and direction of continuous improvement of RM processes and systems
* Take ownership to identify, plan and manage the delivery of change projects and programmes
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be:
* professionally qualified in a project management role e.g. chartered project manager, MSP;
* ideally experienced in the construction or management consultancy industry in the operation of a PMO and management of change projects and programmes;
* experienced in working within a global business
* skilled in efficiently and effectively communicating complex risk topics to non-experts;
* skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and successfully delivering compliance initiatives in a complex global business;
* Ability to manage self and others;
* Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), including sensitivity to cultural differences across a global business
