If you want to build a career and make a difference, come and join us Our fabulous Contract Engineering & Defence Recruitment Delivery Team is responsible for sourcing engineering and defence contractors for a number of key end customers.
Due to increased opportunity, we want to add to that team and hire two talented and resourceful Delivery Contract Recruiters.
Tell me more? Our 180 Engineering & Defence Delivery Recruiters are accountable for managing and successfully filling a wide range of contract vacancies to the satisfaction of our retained key customers.
You will have access to a variety of engineering and defence roles that you will be able to source and fill.
In return we will reward you with uncapped commission that builds with every placement you make What are the main tasks and responsibilities? Successfully manage and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle from taking a job briefing to sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, negotiating and placing candidates.
Build and develop excellent networks of candidates for your client’s requirements.
Provide advice, guidance and market insight to our end customers and work in partnership with them to develop inclusive and successful hiring strategies.
Be a role model to and mentor to junior members of the team.
What skills and attributes do I need to be successful? We are busy and we need someone who can hit the ground running and have an immediate impact in filling vacancies, so we are looking to hear from candidates who have experience of recruiting in the Engineering & Defence industries.

Location & hours of work This role is based in central Manchester, near to Piccadilly Station.
Once you fully are up to speed you will have the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays Our full-time working hours are 38.5 per week, Monday to Friday Rewards Salary Neg
- £28-35K dependent on skills and experience (excluding commission) Uncapped Commission Early finish Fridays Quarterly lunch club.
