Delivery Lead – Salary: National – circa £60,000 / London – circa £70,000
Aviva Zero is a rapidly growing area within our business, initially launched in February 2022. Aviva Zero is a new greenfield Personal Lines insurer set up to be the best insurer in the market, so we need passionate and ambitious people to help make that happen – people like you!
We are seeking a candidate with a background in transformation delivery, motivated to enhance our customers' journey. Your expertise in transformation methodologies and standard processes will help streamline and simplify requirements for the entire team.
A bit about the job:
The successful individual will be responsible for managing transformation projects and initiatives within set area(s), in compliance with internal policies and procedures and relevant regulations. This will include contributing to the development and implementation of transformation policies and procedures, supporting business transition and helping to establish change whilst monitoring the impact of transformation initiatives.
The position holder will conduct detailed analysis and diagnosis of business processes and operations, scoping and configuring tailored solutions to specific problems and building data models and model business processes, solve complex queries and act as a point of escalation for more junior members of the team.
We will expect you to collaborate with various stakeholders to define transformation objectives and targets, understanding business needs as they relate to a potential change or transformation, whilst also staying up-to-date with the latest developments, recommend changes to processes and systems as necessary.
Overall, you will support the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling us to act in good faith towards customers, avoid causing foreseeable harm and enable and support our customers to pursue their financial objectives.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams, to ensure projects are working as effectively as possible and holding teams to account when needed.
* Project Management, Product Ownership or Scrum Master skills, partnered with the ability to drive change at pace within an Agile environment. Additional business analysis knowledge would be advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple dependencies across various teams, whilst simplifying and articulating information accordingly.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Insurance or Financial Services industry experience would be highly desirable.
