Financial Services Administrator
Location: Wakefield
A well-established financial planning firm with proven success of developing high performing financial advisers is seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, supporting Financial Advisers and contributing to delivering outstanding service to clients.
What will you do?
* Process new client applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
* Liaise with providers to gather plan information and complete regulatory calculations (e.g., carry forward, IHT).
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for adviser meetings.
* Respond to client queries promptly, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
* Assist with processing investment transactions while adhering to compliance procedures.
* Stay informed about financial products and regulatory changes to ensure accuracy.
Preferred experience:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services administration.
* An understanding of FCA regulations and compliance procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
* Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a commitment to professional development.

Working Hours:
* Monday–Thursday: 9:00–17:00
* Friday: 8:30–16:30
