Provide high-level assistance to both staff and students, ensuring smooth classroom operations. Take on additional duties such as leading small group sessions and providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN). Supervise students during breaks and lunchtimes, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Assist with assessment and feedback processes, helping track progress and inform future teaching plans. What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day: Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver interactive lessons and activities. Leading targeted small group interventions and offering individual support to students. Assisting in the creation of teaching resources and educational materials. Supporting students in developing their academic, social, and emotional skills. Ensuring that the learning environment is well-organized, engaging, and conducive to student success.
