We are seeking an experienced professional to lead property services and drive excellence in compliance, maintenance, and asset management. Key Responsibilities: Align property services with organisational values and care delivery standards. Build strong relationships with teams to optimise service delivery. Oversee recruitment, performance, and goal-setting for the property team. Ensure full compliance with maintenance and safety regulations, including Fire and Water Risk Assessments. Manage budgets, capital expenditure, and contractor performance for cost-effective operations. Develop and maintain policies to support strategic goals and ensure robust governance. Essential Skills and Experience: Degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, facilities management, or similar fields. Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering results in complex organisations. Expertise in building compliance, engineering projects, and financial planning. Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems. Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Full driving license and willingness to travel. Desirable Skills: Postgraduate qualifications or expertise in project management. Experience in the healthcare or care sector.
