You'll manage relationships within the Incentive and Recognition programme and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. What You’ll Do Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients to ensure account retention and high client satisfaction. Operational Excellence: Deliver day-to-day program elements efficiently and to a high standard. Collaborative Work: Partner with our creative, technology, and finance teams to achieve seamless program execution. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse program data to generate insights and proactively recommend improvements for performance and engagement. Incentive and Recognition Campaigns: Support the team in delivering engaging incentive and recognition campaigns from brief to delivery, including creating email and web communications, updating our website, testing, and reporting on programme performance. Financial Management: Ensure excellent financial management of programs, including accurate estimating, forecasting, invoicing, and ensuring profitable project delivery.
