Lynx are working with a growing Managed Service Provider who are looking to recruit a Service Desk Coordinator to their Service Desk team to communicate with customers, colleagues and 3rd party vendors.
The Service Desk Coordinator will have to be a customer service driven individual as well as a structured and methodical thinker.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Excellent communication skills
* Experienced in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisation
* Experienced in a customer service role
* Understanding of Tech
* Previously used a Ticketing/Logistics system
This Service Desk Coordinator role is 5 days a week in the office.
