As an Internal Sales Engineer, youll perform the same duties as an external sales engineer but work virtually with end customers rather than face-to-face. This role involves business development, account management, and product demonstrations, all from the comfort of the office. Youll be the go-to expert, driving customer success while expanding the client base and promoting innovative solutions.
What you'll be doing:
* Take full responsibility for the turnover and results of your assigned customers, nurturing and expanding the current client base.
* Meet proactive contact targets through telephone sales calls and virtual meetings via Teams.
* Promote new products and solutions while arranging product presentations for clients over Teams.
* Handle incoming inquiries, define customer requirements, and uncover cross-selling opportunities.
* Provide technical advice and consulting to customers on application solutions.
* Prepare and follow up on individual proposals and quotations, ensuring successful sales closure.
