Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer based at Ailsa Hospital on a fixed term/secondment opportunity for 12 months.
What You Will Do
Based at Eglinton House, Ailsa Hospital, we are seeking an individual to provide effective and efficient administrative and clerical support to the Primary and Community Care Pharmacy Team. You will deal with and prepare confidential correspondence, briefings, and reports, as well as being responsible for day-to-day diary management. As a Modern Apprentice, you will be supported to carry out all of the tasks and duties.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
You will have administrative experience, keyboard skills, and the ability to work using initiative and on occasion unsupervised. Evidence or ability to demonstrate as a minimum, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications to include as a minimum, Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent is essential.
Hours
37 hours per week.
