We are looking for a Reward Analyst to join our Reward team, holding responsibility for conducting research, analysing data and providing recommendations related to reward and benefits.
Location: Hybrid, Oxford based

The reward team is responsible for delivering a grading service and providing specialist reward advice to managers and HR partners.

About the Role
1. Benchmark and analyse reward data to support pay and benefits strategies.
2. Use HR systems to generate insights and optimise reward reporting.
3. Support pay reviews, reward programs, and recognition schemes.
4. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful reward initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts.
About You
1. Strong analytical skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI preferred).
2. Ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
3. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
4. Knowledge of compensation regulations and reward structures.
5. Experience in HR/payroll systems (desirable).
