What we're looking for: As an Intern in Digital Marketing and Analytics, you will assist our Marketing Communication team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support various marketing projects and initiatives. You will work closely with marketing department stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about business analysis while contributing to marketing strategies and campaigns. What you'll be doing: - Collect performance data related to external and internal communication channels. - Develop code to improve data pipelines and automate processes, reducing manual workload for database population. - Create and proactively monitor reports (Power BI scorecards, Sprinklr Dashboards) - Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders (PowerPoint presentation) - Collaborate within Marketing to identify relevant KPIs for each project and translate them into useful metrics. (Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops,) - Derive insights, expose opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to drive performance. Depending on your skills development and the team's projects, your missions may evolve during your placement. This 12-month paid placement is based in London, Hammersmith, and is available from July 2025 What you'll bring: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent - You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and a strong ability to gather, analyse, and interpret marketing data. - Proficient in Microsoft Power BI with experience in other analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel). - Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 apps - You are open-minded and your relational skills allow you to collaborate efficiently in an international environment.
