SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic services business in Warwick who are looking for a generalist HR Administrator to come and join their proactive and growing team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and fast-paced HR Administrator who is keen to step into an organisation where they can add value and also get value add from a business. This role will cover duties across the people team including;
- Recruitment and onboarding - General HR queries across the business - Supporting HR Advisors and HRBP's with things like ER and project work - Maintaining the HR system / database and more!
This is a fantastic role and business to get your foot in the door with and be able to progress. With a salary of up to £30K and hybrid working available.
Skills/ Qualifications;
- CIPD 3 or working towards - Confident in a fast paced environment - Strong attention to detail is essential - Excellent communication skills
