We are a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel. We have been supporting older people for over 100 years. The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty.
With a person-focused approach to care, Perrins House is a picturesque home situated in beautiful grounds in Malvern. Specialising in care for people with dementia, as well as residential and nursing care, we have a dedicated, well-trained and compassionate team of staff that care for our residents.

* Follow statutory and professional requirements to achieve high standards in nursing care and service delivery.
* Administer medication in line with our policies.
* Facilitate a resident’s choice, dignity, and respect.
* Keep our residents safe and secure.
You should be a Registered General Nurse or Registered Adult Nurse with a valid NMC pin, have proven experience caring for older people, comply with care and other regulatory frameworks, and be comfortable supervising staff.
We would particularly like to hear from those with a RMN qualification and previous experience working in residential care for older people.
Above all, we would like our Registered Nurse to be empathetic, respectful and a champion of the Charity’s vision, to ensure our residents can lead fulfilled lives.
This isn’t just a job; it’s about making a difference to older people’s lives every day.

Our ambition is to ensure equality and celebrate diversity, all working together to create an inclusive workplace, which attracts and retains the best people.
