Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Representative:
* Play a key role in driving new business opportunities
* Proactively engage with existing, prospective, and lapsed customers to generate orders
* Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
* Communicate effectively via and email to convert leads into sales
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
About You:
* Sales experience in a fast-paced sector (e.g. plant hire, tool hire, accommodation hire, generator hire, powered access, lifting hire, non mechanical hire, construction or similar)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls to develop sales opportunities
* IT proficient – able to quickly learn in-house systems
