The Role
We are currently looking for an Engineering Coordinator working from our branch based in Sheffield. You must be enthusiastic, organised and a strong communicator.
The successful candidate will ensure the day to day planning of the engineering team at the branch, customer liaison/support and provide administration support to Service Desk and Engineering Management.
Principal Responsibilities
* To ensure compliance with all aspects of company quality systems, procedures and operations.
* Customer Liaison
* Stock ordering and logistics of received equipment
* Project planning and scheduling
* Project Contract reviews/pre and post installation documentation review
* Management of monthly call out rota for engineers and distribute
* To be flexible in planning of engineers and administrative tasks.
* To provide support to the administrative, service desk and engineering teams.
* Comply at all times with the Company's Health & Safety rules and, where applicable, those of the customer.
* Engaging with team members and ensuring vehicle and service stocks are maintained
* Promoting and maintaining good relations with customers.
* Ensuring that you communicate and update the Regional Manager on a daily basis to advise of progress.
* Assist sales support in providing guidance on cost of day works and product replacement
Requirements
* First class interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style
* IT literate and confident on the phone
* Ability to prioritise and multitask
* Motivated and productive
* First class organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence as occasional travel may be required at times
