Description
An opportunity to join a growing business in the door solutions market. Continuing the ongoing process of aligning sales of architectural Ironmongery with their range of fire doorsets.
Responsible for sales of £3m and a team of 9 staff.
We are looking for a dynamic person to work with the directors to expand the business into strategic markets. Routes to market include construction specification, facilities management, property developers, corporate, & export.
Management Responsibility
1. Internal specification team
2. General sales team
3. Procurement
Key Activities
1. Business development
2. Responsible for managing internal sales office activities overseeing procurement
3. Staff training Health and Safety for the department
4. Marketing - assist with development of online and offline activities
5. Reporting to directors
6. Management reporting
Skills Required
1. Knowledge of timber fire doorsets
2. Management experience
3. Strategic understanding of the specifications industry
4. Team player
5. Ability to deal with confidential matters
Nice to Have
1. Knowledge of architectural ironmongery
2. GAI Qualifications
3. Experience of delivering CPD's
4. Marketing experience
