HSE Manager

The business is looking for a driven and motivated HSE Manager to support the team during these exciting times.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Working to Wiltech Acoustics Ltd procedures and using our bespoke systems in accordance with all quality accreditations ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001
* Assisting the Head of HSEF with all Company accreditations, including maintenance and re-certification
* Investigating any near misses, hazards, or accidents using our non-conformance system, producing conclusive reports, suggestions, and implementing corrective measures, including dealing with any third parties such as HSE
* Controlling and issuing all PPE, including regular audits of the workforce, producing clear reports and actions, and assigning responsibility
* Holding relevant Managers accountable for the performance of their team when processes are not adhered to
* Ensuring department KPIs are monitored, measured, reported on, and action taken where necessary
* Conducting fire and emergency response drills
* Preparing method statements and risk assessments as required
* Producing monthly health & safety statistics, including KPIs and accident statistics
* Keeping up to date with the latest legislative changes and fully utilizing the specialist support the Company provides
* Conducting company inductions
* Developing the team
* Making monthly visits to Head Office in Heanor, Derbyshire
Essential criteria:
* NEBOSH diploma
* At least 5 years of site & CDM experience
* Exposure to quality accreditations
Key skills:
* Comfortable providing constructive feedback with the aim of improvements
* Organized with meticulous attention to detail
* Computer literate
* Passionate and driven
* Exceptional communication skills with all levels of the business
* Comfortable conducting training sessions when necessary
* Experienced in report writing

Pay: £36,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

* Loughborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

* HSE Management: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* NEBOSH Certificate (required)
