Customer Service Administrator
My client who is based in Wokingham is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Due to continued company growth, they are seeking someone with great initiative, confidence, and a passion to succeed. You will serve as the bridge between their clients and products, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Daily Duties
1. Providing excellent service to clients using a blend of phone and email to provide support, advice, and encourage best practice.
2. Identifying customer needs and exceeding client expectations.
3. Developing and building strong relationships with clients and field staff.
4. Identifying any customer concerns, investigating, and escalating/resolving problems in a timely manner.
5. Taking a proactive approach and being happy to take on additional responsibilities.
6. Being flexible and willing to help out with any other area of the business as necessary.
Skill Set
1. A solid individual who has a can-do approach.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
5. Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. High levels of computer literacy – using multiple systems.
9. The ability to work within a team as well as individually.
