The Role
:
As an Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive eye care and consultations, enhancing patient experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough eye examinations to diagnose vision problems and eye diseases.
2. Offer detailed clinical and technical advice based on sight tests.
3. Perform visual field and retinal imaging assessments.
4. Guide patients on maintaining eye health and preventative measures.
5. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and suitable for its intended use.
6. Support branch performance tracking and monitoring.
Requirements:
7. Previously worked as an Optometrist or in a similar role.
8. Must be a fully qualified Optometrist, demonstrating skills in eye care.
9. Registration with the GOC.
10. Exceptional patient care focus, prioritising quality service over sales.
