The University of Bath’s ResLife Department provides accommodation for over 5,500 students throughout the academic year, with 1,700 of our students living in our City Centre accommodation. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join the ResLife Allocations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and allocation of University of Bath-managed and Nomination Agreement accommodation. You will ensure that students' accommodation needs are met through the allocation process, providing additional support to those with specific requirements. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that requires energy, initiative, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and data management skills. Clear, efficient communication is essential, as you will be responding to student inquiries, addressing feedback, and providing important information that impacts their accommodation experience. Collaboration and teamwork are key to success in this role, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
