Our Luxury retail client is looking for two Merchandising Assistants to join them on an initial 3 month contract.
Job Purpose:
To provide accurate and consistent administrative support to the Merchandising team.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare reports using Excel for the Merchandising team.
2. Oversee the sample management process (tracking, ordering, and maintenance).
3. Conduct competitive analysis, including pricing analysis.
4. Collaborate with the Corporate Pricing team to understand price bands across three core currencies and report findings to the Merchandising team. Maintain data to support the price structure in PLM.
5. Organize and coordinate collection notes and buying guides.
6. Coordinate and support all administrative duties related to market training for the Merchandising team.
7. Handle any ad-hoc administrative or assistant duties to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Personal Profile:
* Passion for commerce/product.
* Strong commercial instinct.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
