Job Purpose
The Clinical Supply Chain Manager is responsible for coordination of all supply matters for clinical and future commercial supply, including distribution of the sonelokimab product.
Main Accountabilities:
The Clinical Supply Chain Manager is the key leader for:
* Driving detailed planning, scheduling and order management;
* Leading S&OP meetings with suppliers;
* Developing and managing the relationship with suppliers and customers for all supply related matters;
* Monitoring and reporting supply KPIs.
Tactical aspects include:
* Budget, demand and capacity balancing;
* Running monthly S&OP meetings;
* Inventory & process management;
* Maintaining accurate planning data (lead time, MOQ, batch size);
* Supply Chain process improvement with external suppliers.
Operational:
* External communication (external supplier, CRO, eventually customers);
* Toll inventory tracking and reconciliation;
* Customer order fulfilment / bulk demand processing;
* Back order and backlog management;
* Shipment expediting and tracking.
The supply chain manager will also oversee site coordination and artwork:
* Responsible for setting the right priorities to ensure timely delivery of the “ready for print” artwork especially for launches, safety related changes and transfers;
* Managing regulatory-compliant artwork creation for printed packaging material based on assembled texts, technical specifications and design guidelines.
Your profile
Education:
* Bachelor of Science degree or relevant discipline.
Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Experience in clinical supply a plus;
* Proven track record for supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry;
* Experience with US and EU regulatory filings for both clinical trial and marketing applications;
* Demonstrated leadership to drive results that are required to achieve the company's goals.
Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:
* Subject Matter Expert in pharmaceutical supply chain;
* Strong working knowledge of current GxP and regulatory requirements;
* Able to collaborate in hands-on environment across technical fields of expertise;
* Excellent communication, project management, collaboration and organizational skills;
* Ability to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and having an understanding of outsourced activities;
* Impact driven mindset;
* Ability and willingness to travel.
Work Location: 2 days a week in our brand new Cambridge, Porto or Zug office(s).
