Account Executive - Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
1. Source new clients and expand our commercial insurance portfolio.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing customised solutions for them.
3. Recommend appropriate insurance products and source the best suited policy for the customers' demands and needs.
4. Support your team with any office duties, adjustments, issuance, quotations and renewals.
5. Work towards branch targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development sales (B2B) or a strong sales and customer service background.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
