Your responsibilities will include providing general support in the classroom, as well as offering targeted assistance to children with special educational needs on a 1-2-1 basis. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the class teacher to create an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere. Provide one-on-one support to children with special educational needs, tailoring assistance to individual requirements. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans. Requirements: Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom and individual students. An understanding of special educational needs and the ability to provide targeted support.
