Job Description
Finance Administrator
* Administering the purchase ledger function effectively.
* Processing invoices and payments accurately and promptly.
* Reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and resolving any queries.
* Management of the finance inbox
* Assisting with other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
* An educational background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
* Experience working within a professional services environment.
* Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Superior numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
* A customer-focused approach for supplier interactions.
