Making A Difference as A Homelessness Assessment Officer in the Housing Options and Advice Service St Helens Council are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Homelessness Assessment Officer to join this busy service. You will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing accommodation issues and you will be responsible for assessing their needs and deciding on the most appropriate course of action, including assisting people into temporary and permanent accommodation.
