The opportunity
Due to our unprecedented growth, we are expanding our sales team and looking for ambitious customer-focused sales superstars to be part of this exciting journey.
Our sales opportunities form an integral part of our business as the team is responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, driving business growth, and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

What you will be doing:
* Delivering high value sales conversions. Leads will be provided but there will be a requirement to generate your own referrals.
* Ensure that the CRM is up to date and holds all the customer information relating to sales and the pipeline.
* Deliver the sales targets.
* Be a team player and refer business opportunities to other group companies as per the internal referral targets that are set.
* Be a self-starter and highly motivated.
* To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
* To perform any other duties as may be reasonably be require from time-to-time.
What attributes we look for:
* Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
* Driven, target-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to customer needs and feedback.
* Previous Financial Services sales experience is desirable- we are looking for motivated individuals eager to develop a career in sales.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs is beneficial.
