We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join one of our clients based in the Coalville area. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and showcase your skillset.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000
Working Hours: Monday-Friday
The Role:
1. Interact with engineers in a timely and effective way to provide the best in business customer service.
2. Dispatch engineers according to their location and schedules.
3. Keep in contact with customers to ensure they are updated throughout the process.
4. Answer incoming calls and deal with customer requirements quickly and efficiently.
5. Prepare quotations.
6. Be the first point of contact for all customers.
The Candidate:
1. Experience in a similar scheduling role.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Strong IT skills.
4. Building and maintaining relationships.
5. Time management skills.
6. Ability to prioritize workload.
7. Accuracy at record keeping.
