About The Job:
As a Product Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. This is not just any other sales role, this is a highly customer focused position where you will use your exceptional face to face customer care skills to be informative and consultative with your each and every customer. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service/Sales:
12. Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, showcasing the brands and products on offer
13. Guide and support customers to make informed purchasing decisions based on their needs
14. Prepare accurate quotes and supply to customers within a 2-day service standard
15. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
16. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty
17. Develop a sound knowledge of all the brands and products available
18. Stay updated on the latest trends and features in kitchen and appliance products
19. Prepare and present monthly sales reports to the Managing Director, supporting discussions around sales, promotions, and areas for improvement
20. Attend shows and events on behalf of the organisation, engaging with potential customers and creating leads for follow-up
21. Liaise with suppliers and partners to manage orders, delivery timescales, pricing, and other product-related areas
Requirements:
22. Prior home retail sales experience
23. Proven experience in a face to face sales and/or customer services role
24. Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in the use of a CRM system
25. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
26. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
27. Problem-solving skills and the ability to address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
28. Organisational skills and the ability to create customer quotes with speed and accuracy
29. Confident communicator with a friendly and professional demeanour
