Systems Analyst – Commercial Applications Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in-office at Tachbrook Park, Warwick) Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Systems Analyst to join our Commercial Applications team in a hybrid role. Reporting directly to the Service Owner of Commercial Applications, you'll play a key part in the ongoing management and evolution of critical business applications, including Salesforce, customer and dealer online portals, document management systems, and e-commerce platforms. With experience in document management, e-commerce, and systems like Salesforce, you'll be well-equipped to make an immediate impact in this exciting position. Key Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Support investigation and resolution of incidents, defects, and problems, coordinating with third-party support partners. Assist in defining, scheduling, and monitoring changes delivered by delivery partners, ensuring consistency with agreed approaches, service design, and specifications. Help in identifying root causes for recurring issues and implementing preventative measures. Assist with testing and deploying system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions into BAU. Support teams in training and ensuring efficient system use for end-users. Work with Solution Architects and the Service Owner to ensure smooth transition of changes into BAU services, managing integration issues across the systems. Contribute to work packages under the continuous improvement change programme and assist with test and delivery plans. Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge: Essential: Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems. Solid understanding of document management systems and e-commerce platforms. Experience with system integration and working in complex IT environments. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical users. Desirable: Experience with third-party providers and outsourced support models. Understanding of ITIL Service Management, Software Lifecycle Management, and Release Management. Experience working with SCRUM teams and familiarity with DevOps/JIRA and ServiceNow. Knowledge of working with Salesforce, SAP or heavily integrated systems. Previous experience working with Customer Services, Sales, and Marketing departments to support system solutions.
