Talent Acquisition Lead - Central Eastern Europe & Nordics The Talent Acquisition Lead is accountable for end-to-end Talent Acquisition related activity across the GWS Local business line. In this role you will act as a strategic Business Partner collaborating closely with the business leadership, hiring managers and functional teams (including the wider CBRE TA community), using market knowledge, data & insights to help proactively identify risks and opportunities. The TA Lead is accountable for ensuring operational excellence including adhering to in region legislation and recruitment best practice and leading & coaching the business aligned TA Team to deliver excellent service to candidates and Hiring Managers.
